Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, contracts, and regulatory
compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Stay updated on UAE laws and regulations affecting the organization.
• Assist in corporate governance, board meetings, and compliance.
• Handle legal disputes, investigations, and litigation matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address legal considerations in business
activities.
