Roles & Responsibilities
We are working with a commodity trading firm in Abu Dhabi that is hiring a legal counsel to support the growth of its operations in the Middle East.
Our client is looking for a lawyer who is experienced with drafting & negotiating trade finance agreements and other traditional commodities trading contracts. You will be the company s first legal hire in the Middle East, and you will provide advice on corporate, financing, and compliance/regulatory issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years legal experience working with English contract law in a trading environment, excellent communication skills in English & an additional language, and the ability to highlight regulatory issues swiftly.
