- Legal Representation: Represent the company in legal proceedings, administrative hearings, and other legal matters as necessary. Collaborate with external legal counsel when required
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and create educational materials to keep company employees informed about legal and compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of legal awareness and compliance within the organization
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as senior management, business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure legal considerations are appropriately addressed and aligned with business objectives
