Education and training:
Hold a bachelor's degree in law or a related field. Specialization certificates or training in the field of compliance are preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in legal or compliance. It is preferable to have experience in the field of work in which the company operates.
Understanding regulations and legislation:
Deep knowledge of regulations and legislation related to the industry or sector in which the company operates.
Legal skills:
Strong legal skills in analyzing legal documents, drafting contracts, and negotiation.
