FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Diploma/Graduate (Food Tech./Food Science/Microbiology, etc Department: Quality Assurance Department
Location: ( Erode /Selam /Thrissur /Hubbali /Yesvantpur )
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range (CTC): 15000 to 18000 per month
Work Experience: 0-3 year
Education: Diploma/Graduate (Food Tech./Food Science/Micro Biology, etc
Job Description Work profile of full time Food Safety Supervisor at production Unit, Create Framework:
1. Create Internal Quality Standards as per FSSAI Guidelines
2. Create SOP for all Food Safety Areas
3. Create checklist for food operations
4. Create Monthly/Quarterly Summaries of deficiency noticed and rectified or not rectified. II. Documentation: 1. Make the FSMS Plan 2. Standard operating procedures (SOP) for operations 3. Checklist / records to verify systems are followed 4. Compliance check on Vendor FSSAI license III. Training - Implementation: IV. Monitor V. Reports: 1. Daily Work Report 2. Weekly Snapshot 3. Monthly Presentation 4. Quarterly Review
Skills : 0-3 years of experience preferably in ops/sales and internal coordination.,business requirements,100% end to end fulfilment rate
