1. Collect customer and market information from various sources as an input to develop appropriate leasing strategies.
2. Provide exceptional customer focus towards potential tenants.
3. Prospecting for potential tenants and updating the database of current/potential tenants.
4. Market the leasing portfolio to potential tenants through negotiation, communication and direct marketing.
5. Interview potential tenants to determine what types of units they are looking for and pitch them suitable units.
