Charge Nurse (Med/Surg, Telemetry) cares for a wide variety of patients with complex medical conditions requiring exceptional This unit is a 28 bed Surgical Telemetry Unit and is a fast paced, post-surgical floor, where we specialize in the care of patients following Our primary patient mix includes General, Bariatric and Neurosurgical
Compensation and Benefits
- $ - $ (based on education and experience)

Requirements
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license
- ADN, BSN or MSN
- 1+ years experience as an RN
- BLS and ACLS
