Operating Room - RN Unit Shift Coordinator - $33 to $58 per Hour + $20K Sign-On Bonus

Act as a leader and mentor in collaboration with other nursing leaders and disciplines to engage staff in pursuing North Memorials vision, through practice of the nursing philosophy and Caring Support the Standards of Nursing practice when assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating customer care activities delegated by the Nurse manager and or Department ;

Schedule

• Evenings - 11:00pm to 7:00 PM
  
• 8 hour Shifts; 40 hours per week
  
• No Weekends
  
• Occasional On-call (to be discussed during interview)
  

Requirements

• Active Minnesota RN Licensure - Required
  
• Bachelors degree in Nursing - Preferred
  
• 3+ years of OR Shift Coordination experience - Required
  
• Able to commit to active participation in the Shared Accountability and Decision-Making structure
  
• BLS & ACLS Certifications - Required
