- Managing and supporting the continuous learning and development of Leejam’s employees through analyzing the developmental and training needs related to their competencies, and accordingly designing development programs, techniques and training sessions that fulfill these needs.
- Participating in the development of career paths and succession plans that support the career advancement of employees, in order to motivate them and reduce their turnover.
- Preserving and updating measurement standards, targets and KPIs used in the Performance Management System by coordinating with concerned parties across Leejam, as well as recommending adjustments on targets and KPIs for the next cycle based on the past PA results.
