Job Description
Education and Experience: This position may require a degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field, as well as prior experience in leadership development and succession planning.
Leadership Knowledge: Deep understanding of concepts and tools related to leadership development and succession planning, including leadership assessment and leadership development programs.
