Lead Quantity Surveyor

Educational Qualifications: Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. It is preferable to have a certificate in Quantity Surveying or a similar field.

Technical Knowledge: The candidate must be familiar with estimating software used in the field such as engineering estimating software (e.g. WinEst, Candy, etc.), and preferably have knowledge of engineering modeling software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit).

Analytical skills: The applicant must be able to analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications to estimate the quantities of materials required in construction projects.

Accuracy and attention to detail: The candidate must be meticulous and possess the ability to focus on fine details in drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimation of material quantities.
