- Lead the delivery of a PMC job as a core function, ensuring that it is delivered to the satisfaction of the client, within budget and to the agreed timeframe.
- Lead a team of supervision staff as a potential secondary role, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Develop project plans and schedules, identifying resource requirements and ensuring that they are met.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, ensuring that they are fully informed of project progress.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
- Use local knowledge of authority requirements to support project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, motivating them to achieve project objectives.
- Manage contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and expectations.
- Manage project documentation, including drafting and reviewing contracts and related documents.
- Interpret and understand contractual requirements, including payment terms, change orders, and variations.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ability to become a Registered Engineer/Architect in the UAE
