Education and experience:
The candidate will preferably have a degree in hotel management or similar field. Previous experience in laundry or related tasks enhances opportunities.
Experience:
Previous experience working in the field of laundry, hotel laundries or restaurants. The required experience can range from 2 to 5 years.
Supervision:
The ability to manage and direct the laundry team and motivate them to carry out high-quality laundry work.
Customer Service:
Ability to handle customer and customer requests tactfully, handle quality complaints and solve problems.
