Job Description
Education and Specialization: Holds a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or a related field. Advanced certifications or specific training courses in laboratory techniques are preferred.
Experience and technical skills: Practical experience in medical laboratories, and in-depth knowledge of work methods and different techniques used in medical analyzes and laboratories.
Scientific knowledge: A deep understanding of scientific processes and concepts in medical laboratories and their practical application.
Flexibility and accuracy: The ability to perform analyzes with high accuracy according to standard procedures, and adapt to daily changes and needs at work.
