Job Description
• Communicating across the organization, advising senior stakeholders & management
Responsibility:
• Liaising with Technical Services, the Company R&D department and other Company & partner personnel around the region.
• Providing technical guidance and presentations to customers relating to product performance and new technology
• Performing laboratory testing for operational support &/or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventative actions
• Ordering spare parts and product samples and establishing a good working relationship with vendors
• Conducting all business activities in accordance to HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and in harmony across nationalities, gender & diversity.
