- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
- Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and special offers to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed, including cash handling and reconciling sales.
