Your Role Will Involve
- Keeping the team up to date with new legal and regulatory developments which impact their work
- Provide an annual programme of training and development
- Gather knowledge from new joiners and leavers
- Undertake reviews to gather know-how and future learning
- Act as an advisory point of contact for the wider team
- Draft and maintain precedents, guidance notes, checklists, practice notes and know-how
- Provide support on tenders and pitches
- Create a pipeline of articles, news, and briefings to promote the team's offering to the wider business
