Job Description

- Read, understand and follow the safety and security policy and procedures at all times.
- Follow program policies, procedures and health guidelines at all times.
- Continuously provide high standards of care within the program.
- Ensure registration cards, sign in sheets and all paper work is filled in correctly and given to manager and all staff are made aware of allergies of the children.
- Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness at all times
- Regularly monitor supplies replenish from stores and let manager know before supplies run out so more can be ordered.
- Helps monitor condition of facilities and informs manager of necessary repairs or replacements needed.
- Immediately notify manager of all incidents, issues, guest complaints and suggestions.
- Attend to any problems immediately and escalate to manager.
- Always maintains professional and positive relationships with work colleagues, parents and children keeping in mind difference in backgrounds, cultures and individual personalities.
- Speak English at all times while in the work place unless speaking to a guest who speaks the same language.
- Consistently recognises parents and children by name, always giving a great first impression to every parent, child and other staff members.
