Customer Support/Relations Executive - ERP, needed for an Education Group in
Role -
Must know his/her target market well and be able to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solve their ;
Must have knowledge & experience with gathering and analyzing data to help understand the customer base and come up with suggestions for improving the existing ;
Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our companys ;
Propose and deliberate potential solutions for implementation in consultation with ;
Provide periodic training to existing schools and new school ;
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer ;
Prepare and execute customer

3 5 years in the relevant

Qualification -
Skills -
Good Communication and Inter personal Proactive and self ;Strong Analytical
Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks and activities at various levels in the ;
Good documentation and writing Should be able to talk in data terms and statements and inferences are backed by quantifiable
