Roles & Responsibilities
Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children.
Providing a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.
Assessing and tracking the progress of each student and providing individualized support as needed.
Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.
Implementing strategies to promote social-emotional development and positive behavior.
Integrating technology and other innovative teaching methods into the classroom.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity.
