Key Account executive

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts within the Horeca industry.


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals for assigned key accounts.


• Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with key account contacts to assess needs, provide product recommendations, and discuss business opportunities.


• Develop and negotiate commercial agreements that align with customer requirements and company objectives.


• Manage and monitor customer performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure ongoing satisfaction.


• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential customers.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.


• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and presentations.


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or Horeca industry.


• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.


• Strong understanding of the Horeca industry and its specific challenges and opportunities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
