Job Description

As a Junior Helpdesk Coordinator at ITP Media Saudi you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of our helpdesk operations. You will work closely with our support team to ensure that client issues and inquiries are addressed efficiently.



Responsibilities:

  1. User Support: Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers addressing hardware and software issues and resolving technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues both remotely and onsite when required.
  1. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Coordinate hardware and software installations updates and maintenance activities as needed.
  1. User Access Management: Manage user accounts passwords and access permissions ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
  1. Reporting: Generate reports on helpdesk performance and metrics identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  1. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with thirdparty vendors and service providers to address technical issues and procure necessary equipment or services.

  1. Inventory Management: Keep track of IT inventory including computers peripherals and software licenses. Ensure accurate inventory records and coordinate equipment provisioning and maintenance.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
  1. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  1. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  1. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with IT helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
  2. Handson experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues
  1. Prior experience in a similar helpdesk support or coordination role.
