Job Description

- Maintaining books of accountsin accounting software andpreparation of financial statements up to finalizationandfiling of VAT returns
- Weekly / Monthly accounting and bank statementreconciliations
- Update financial data in databasesto ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare monthly financial statementsthat include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
- Ongoing maintenance of documents related to trades Licenses, visa renewals of companies and employees
- Handling local office expenses and reimbursements
- Interaction with Bankers, Consultants and other authorities
- Assist and coordinate with Head Quarters team for any tasks assigned
- Provide administrative and office support servicesfor areas designated from time to time
- Handle calls and requests for information
