Job Summary
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the joinery and manufacturing facility.
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure production activities are completed on time and according to required quality standards.
- Manage manpower production capacity workflow and resource allocation within the factory.
- Supervise production supervisors carpenters machine operators craftsmen and other factory personnel.
- Monitor the complete manufacturing process including woodworking CNC operations assembly finishing and final quality checks.
- Coordinate closely with project management procurement design and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify potential delays production bottlenecks or resource constraints and implement appropriate solutions.
- Improve productivity optimize factory workflows and minimize material wastage.
- Monitor material consumption production costs and overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure finished products meet the required specifications and quality expectations before dispatch to site.
- Maintain proper production procedures safety standards and factory discipline.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility.
