Job Description

- Build, install, configure and maintain VMware products, including ESXi, across cloud platforms including AWS, GCP and Azure
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution of the entire IT infrastructure
- Research the root cause of problems and collaborate across functions to provide solutions
- Develop, automate and implement IT operations best practices
- Perform Capacity Management functions
- Effectively collaborate with Server, Storage, Network, Data Center, Facilities, Audit, Compliance, PMO, and DevOps teams
