Job Description
The ideal IT support staff should possess expertise in Microsoft Windows, macOS, desktop support, and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of issues related to browsers and applications.
Skillset required:
Minimum 5+ years of experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, macOS, and desktop support.
Experienced in troubleshooting browser and application issues.
Skilled in troubleshooting end-user devices such as printers and scanners.
Knowledgeable in audio and video systems such as projectors and mixers.
Familiar with DNS, TCP/IP, and other networking concepts.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills.
Adaptable and flexible.
Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills as an asset.
