Empresa tecnológica lider a nivel mundial de soluciones IOT busca incoporar en su equipo de CDMX un IT Support Engineer con alto nivel de Inglés y Portugués.
Se Requiere
- Alto nivel de inglés y portugués.
- Experiencia en gestión de incidencias.
- Conocimiento de infraestructura y redes.
- Experiencia proporcionando soporte multicanal, seguro de proporcionar apoyo a través del teléfono, correo electrónico, chat y en foros público.
- Estar familiarizado con las metodologías establecidas para la resolución de problemas
