• The Connectivity Specialist is responsible for the installation, support, training, field support operations and connectivity instruments in the UAE, offering professional and technical support to healthcare professionals and distributors, with the goal of supporting the business growth in the UAE region by delivering the best customer experience.
• Goal is to deliver the best in class connectivity solution support to local customers across the region by executing on the field service delivery processes.
• The objective is to create customer loyalty to sustain and grow the regional business.
• The Connectivity Specialist works in close collaboration with the Technical Service Manager, local commercial team and local distributors
