My client is looking for an IT support analyst to join the team on a 12 - 24 month mission, there will be travel into the office in Brussels.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills (to analyze reported issues, requests)
- Experience in users support activities
- Team worker
- Use ticketing system (we are using Zendesk and JIRA with IT provider)
Advantage:
- Electricity business knowledge
- IT knowledge (MS Office, xml, SQL, API)
Activities:
- Handle users requests (missing data, data quality, various question on how to.., guide to relevant documentation, etc. ) and support to users
- Contact data providers, business representatives or IT support
- Analysis of reported observations, bugs, issues, reproduction of them.
