Job Description
Education and experience:
An A/V director is usually required to possess a college degree in audiovisual production or a related field. Higher degrees may be an added advantage.
You must have previous experience in audio and visual production, and the extent of experience required varies depending on the size and type of work.
Technical skills:
Must be familiar with the latest technologies and tools used in audio and visual production. You must know editing, recording, montage, and audio and video processing programs.
Management skills:
You must have excellent management skills, and be able to manage and direct a team and projects efficiently.
