- Manage and support a team of Operation Monitoring IT Analyst
- Responsible for establishing best practices through the entire Monitoring support process.
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on team’s productivity
- Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Manage escalations and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
