Proficiency in managing various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
Experience with server technologies, virtualization, and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Docker).
Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and orchestration platforms to streamline IT processes.
Understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) for effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices to foster collaboration between development and operations teams.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and analytics platforms to ensure optimal performance and identify trends.
Proficiency in implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical IT systems.
