- Assist and support end-users by trouble-shooting IT systems and software, registering and follow-up on IT service tickets, provide training to ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively and becomes a source of competitive advantage
- Conduct day-to-day IT operations by ensuring availability of IT services and applications to provide seamless connectivity to users. Perform regular status checks and coordinate with service vendors for support.
- Ensure high availability of internet connectivity, LAN/WAN for business applications with acceptable latency within internal and external network available by coordinating with vendors/service providers.
- Run improvement initiatives locally/regionally moving users to be more digital than manual in the way of work by conducting trainings, developing/integrating new solutions
