Our client is seeking Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting which will include: creating and publishing job ads, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates as well as seeking out new candidate sources in the IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, & Human Resources ;To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full life cycle recruitment and great communication Ultimately, you will maintain and improve the clients employer brand, ensuring that they are able to attract, hire and retain employees who contribute to the company s

Skills
- Work experience as an In-house Recruiter
- Familiarity with full life-cycle recruitment
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (such as behavioral, traditional, video or panel interviews)
- Experience with social media recruiting
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Exceptional communication skills
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
To qualify for this position you must have 3-5 years of recruiting
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote but will be considered for 100% remote if necessary located World Trade Center in
