• Performs installation & configuration of Avaya IP Office and other components like Voicemail Pro (VM Pro) Server, One-X Portal and Media Manager.
• Configures call routing, multi-site networking (SCN) and auto-attendant/IVR on embedded voicemail and VM Pro
• Performs Testing, Identification, Troubleshooting, Termination & cutting over Analog trunks, E1 PRI trunks, SIP Trunks, Fax lines etc.
• Troubleshoots Telephone system hardware/software, Voicemail, and Telephone set and Feature issues on site and remotely
• Manages support calls, service tickets and maintenance schedules
