Inventory Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The main objective of the Supply and matching Operator is to make sure that Watchmakers/Technicians are working in an efficient environment with everything they need at hand.

Thus, the individual is responsible to perform daily non-technical operations in the workshop in a timely and efficient manner:

• Matching products with needed spare parts, transferring and organizing repairs, managing
• Flowbacks, managing kit boxes, managing workshop supplies and performing basic quality control testing.
• Perform tasks following accepted industry standard procedures for product repairs.

1. Matching repairs with spare parts
2. Transfer and organization of repairs for the workshop
3. Management of flow backs/Picking After Picking
4. Management of Kit boxes
5. Management of Workshop supplies
6. Perform Quality Control Functions

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GDA is preferred
• Experience in stock and inventory management, with an experience in after sales will be an added value
• SAP and MS Office
• Good interpersonal relations: capacity to handle multiple stakeholders’ situations and processes
• Organizational and communication skills
• Client and solution oriented
