International Merchandise Coordinator

• Answer and direct calls or take messages
• Perform general office duties, such as performing basic bookkeeping work
• Help in developing a system to capture errors on brand creations across all countries
• Help to consolidating all the brand request for all countries and sending monthly updated brand list to all database managers for all countries
• Assist HO CORP Team in item creation & update if needed
• Keep all the request in the folder are validated and done to avoid delays in the orders
• Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
• Apply and follow MAFR’s Human Capital corporate policies and relevant procedures and instructions
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Communication with relevant stakeholders within the organization
• Timeliness and quality of administrative activities
• Support provided for research activities
• Strong business communication and presentation skills
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Suite
• English (Full professional proficiency - Required)
