Throughout the program you will gain valuable exposure to our businessfrom offshore operations to strategic business functionsworking alongside experienced professionals who are committed to innovation operational excellence safety and collaboration. You will also develop a broad understanding of our business technologies and global operations through mandatory rotational placements across our global hubs - France Sweden UAE - as well as offshore.

By the end of the 24-month program you will have built a strong foundation of technical commercial and leadership capabilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform assigned responsibilities as a Graduate Specialist across designated business functions and departments.
• Engage proactively in hands-on learning and development opportunities to build technical operational and commercial knowledge.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned Sponsors and Mentors to support professional growth and development objectives.
• Attend and actively participate in all required training workshops and development programs.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular feedback on learning outcomes achievements and development throughout the program.
• Demonstrate flexibility to undertake business travel and offshore assignments as required to support operational and project needs.
