Internal Audit Manager-Hospitality

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an Internal Audit Manager - Hospitality. The Internal Audit Manager - Hospitality will be responsible for overseeing and managing the internal audit function within the hospitality industry. They will develop and implement audit plans, evaluate internal controls, and identify areas of risk or improvement. The Internal Audit Manager - Hospitality will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for process enhancements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience with risk assessment and control evaluation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
