Interior Designer(Luxury Design)

To work on projects all of sizes, managing and overseeing various stages from conceptto completion

Strong Experience with Luxury Villas, Palaces

Creation of technical drawings in 2D and 3D, as well as producing technical packagesand joinery detailing

Professional Project and time management and planning and ensure advising seniormanagement about status of assignment(s) with respect to schedule, budgets, delays,and adverse problems.

Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Attend site visits and oversee installation

Detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player, high level of organization andfamiliarity with typical office communication tools.

Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting client relationships.

Responsible for the complete project implementation process, working independentlyat project concept development and prepare tender documents based on the clients’specifications.

Ensure quality design and always promote the highest level of professionalism.

Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

FF&E selection and specification, creating and developing full packages

Work collaboratively as part of the wider team of designers, architects and contractors.

Requirements

Have least 8+ years of experience as an Interior Designer in an interior design firmspecialized in high end projects

Bachelors degree in Interior Design or closely related field

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Speaking and writing in English. Arabic preferred and it is an added advantage.

The candidate should be able to provide sample of portfolio of their work

Currently reside in Saudi Arabia
