- Supporting the board to ensure they are following the Company’s compliance with its corporate governance, company law and regulatory, and LSE/NYSE listing obligations;
- Supporting the Board and its Committees and Directors with their underlying governance framework and related matters;
- Maintain statutory filings with Companies House and draft resolutions for the boards to agree;
- Assist with the ongoing management of the Diligent Entities system.
