- Co-ordinate and support regulatory projects related with interconnection and access, including issues related with FTTH and transmission cables etc.
- Facilitate CITC communications, complaints and directives in coordination with appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Draft official communications to CITC, MoCIT and other government bodies.
- Participate in the development and review of Mobily's Reference Interconnection Offers and Services.
- Participate in negotiations with other carriers, and the review of routine interconnection and services agreements.
- Participate in the review of instructions and consultation papers regarding interconnection and costing.
- Monitor anti-competitive actions of other carriers and report that to CITC.
- Support internal and external reporting requirements especially Etisalat reports and Audit reports.
- Supporting in relationship building and lobbying with Government bodies and OLOs etc.
