Integrated Management Systems & Information Technology Lead

Role Summary

The Integrated Management Systems & Information Technology Lead is responsible for maintaining and continually improving the Companys Integrated Management System (IMS) and supporting compliance with ISO standards including ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.

The role also oversees the Companys business technology and information systems working closely with external IT providers to ensure systems are secure reliable and support business operations. The position drives continuous improvement supports digital initiatives and provides guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Management Systems

Maintain and improve the Companys Integrated Management System (IMS).

Support compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.

Coordinate internal and external audits and certification activities.

Maintain company policies procedures and controlled documentation.

Monitor corrective actions compliance activities and continual improvement initiatives.

Prepare reports and management information relating to IMS performance.

Information Technology & Business Systems

Coordinate the Companys technology environment and business systems.

Manage relationships with external IT providers and technology vendors.

Support Microsoft 365 SharePoint and other business applications.

Coordinate user access system administration and IT assets.

Support information security cybersecurity awareness and business continuity activities.

Identify and implement technology and process improvement opportunities.

General

Promote a culture of quality compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Deliver training and support on company systems policies and ISO requirements.

Build effective working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.

Undertake other duties reasonably required to support business operations.

Essential

Experience managing Integrated Management Systems and ISO standards.

Knowledge and certification of ISO 9001 and exposure to ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 desirable.

Experience coordinating audits and compliance activities.

Good understanding of Microsoft 365 SharePoint and business systems.

Experience working with external IT providers.

Strong organisational communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business Information Technology Engineering Quality Management or a related discipline.

ISO Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification preferred.

Microsoft 365 SharePoint or IT-related certifications are advantageous.
