Information Technology Officer

Our Client (a leading & most preferred realtors network & real estate investment hub in Africa) is currently in need of a CIVIL ENGINEER.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings/documents
  
• Overseeing and managing construction projects and engineering processes
  
• Analyzing and offering technical advice to construction designs
  
• Examining and calculating construction/project costs
  
• Coordinating with Contractors and Suppliers about construction materials and project contracts
  
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with the industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulations
  
• Documenting detailed and accurate construction reco
  
• Ensuring construction project completion on time and within the assigned budget
  
• Communicating the project progress status with the Construction Project Manager
  
• Preparing a physical dummy of the construction projects
  
• Negotiating project contract terms and examining legal requirements
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
  
• Holding a valid engineering license to practice
  
• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer, or similar job role in the construction industry
  
• Familiarity with 3D design software like TinkerCAD, BlocksCAD, and Solidworks
  
• Basic understanding of surveying equipment and construction materials
  
• Knowledge of Project Management and Construction Management Software
