Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a proven track record as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Specialist, or similar role.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in VMware, vSphere, and Horizon setup configuration and troubleshooting VMware infrastructure and Horizon VDI.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, including Azure and AWS.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of IT systems, software, and hardware.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
