Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a proven track record as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Specialist, or similar role.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in VMware, vSphere, and Horizon setup configuration and troubleshooting VMware infrastructure and Horizon VDI.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, including Azure and AWS.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with a wide range of IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
