If you want to succeed in your application, you will possess:
- 3 years' or more of experience in technical help-desk support
- An ability to interact with key senior stakeholders
- School or education based experience
- Experience in Windows and Mac OS environments
- Extensive knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite
- An Australian PR or Citizenship
- A WWCC (ideally)
