Job Descriptions

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in chiller and FAHU (Fan Coil Air Handling Unit) systems. The ideal candidate should have handson experience with chiller and FAHU units and possess the knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize their performance.

Responsibilities:

• Install inspect and maintain chiller systems.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair chiller system components as needed.
• Install service and repair Fan Coil Air Handling Units.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address issues with FAHU systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of FAHU units.
• Install repair and maintain heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to prolong the life of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a focus on chiller and FAHU systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC components including compressors motors and thermostats.
• Familiarity with refrigeration principles and practices.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments.
