IIQAF Group is looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our hospitality operations in Dubai. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing inspecting maintaining troubleshooting and repairing heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems across hospitality facilities.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems throughout hotel and hospitality facilities.
• Inspect diagnose troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and service central air conditioning systems split AC units package units VRF/VRV systems chillers AHUs FCUs exhaust fans and ventilation systems.
• Carry out routine inspection of HVAC equipment to identify abnormal noise vibration temperature pressure leakage and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning and HVAC equipment.
• Ensure guest rooms kitchens restaurants public areas offices and back-of-house spaces maintain appropriate temperature and ventilation.
• Follow hotel engineering standards preventive maintenance procedures health and safety requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
• Use hand tools power tools electrical testing equipment gauges meters and HVAC diagnostic equipment safely.
• Maintain HVAC tools equipment spare parts and work areas in clean and serviceable condition.

• High school diploma technical diploma ITI vocational certificate or equivalent qualification in HVAC Air Conditioning Refrigeration Mechanical Engineering or a related trade.
• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician AC Technician Air Conditioning Technician HVAC Maintenance Technician Refrigeration Technician or Mechanical Technician.
• Practical experience in HVAC installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair.
• Hospitality hotel resort restaurant commercial building or facilities management experience is preferred.
• Ability to read basic HVAC drawings equipment manuals wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Relevant UAE technical certification or HVAC-related training is an advantage.
