Job Description

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field.

Personal skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work within a team and under pressure, flexibility and ability to learn quickly and interact with others.

Basic HR knowledge: A basic understanding of the basic processes in human resources management such as recruitment, performance management, performance appraisal, and training and development.

Ability to use digital tools: Skills in using various computer programs, especially human resources management programs and information management systems.

Analytical spirit and strategic thinking: the ability to think critically, analyze simple data, and contribute to the development of human resources management strategies.
