Job Description
Education and Qualifications: Typically requires a college degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR may be desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in HR is beneficial, whether in a senior HR Specialist position or related positions.
Technical skills: Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS), and a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management, and resolve conflicts and problems related to human resources.
